This is our Academy's intro course and your first official steps as a student!

Here you will learn all the fundamentals of pole fitness. A mix of transitions, grips and moves to aid you in your progression and strength building.

Every student will have their own syllabus to use and keep. This will aid your learning of all the fundamentals of pole fitness and record your achievements. Whether you've successfully completed your beginner syllabus here at Cyclone, or you have prior experience from elsewhere, these classes will build on that foundation and continue to push your capabilities. You're introduction to more transitions and grips will diversify your pallet of skills and the introduction of inverts will keep your strength building and open a whole new range of moves to perfect.
Stepping up the pace in these higher level sessions, they are intended for students that can confidently invert without being spotted. Here you will learn an array of more technically moves and spins, that will push your strength and fitness to a new level!
Want to add a little something extra to your poling? Try doubles!
This class is an introduction to doubles pole. We'll look at a variety of doubles moves including dynamic movements and static shapes with two people on the pole together.
Suitable for people at higher beginner level and above. If you're comfortable with a variety of spins, upright pole poses and climbing then you'll be good to take part.
Doubles pole is a lot of fun and can add a whole new dimension to your poling experience.
In this class we'll look at a variety of Doubles pole moves to create interesting shapes and movements.
This class is suitable for Intermediate level and above. You need to be comfortable inverting and holding leg grip moves such as thigh hold and pole seats.
You will be fine to attend this class on your own as everyone can work together.
You’ll learn how to combine beginner level spins, flow, basework and floorwork into a fun choreo. Feel your confidence and strength grow as you explore musicality, sensuality and fluidity. Expect loud music, even louder heel clacks and lots of hair flicks!
Wear something that makes you feel good. Bring heels (preferably brands like Hella Heels or Pleasers) or sexy socks. Kneepads recommended.
These classes can be booked as single sessions @ £15 or as part of one of our packages.
Combining trickier spins, flow, basework and floorwork into a more challenging choreo. Find your own unique style and develop your musicality, sensuality and fluidity. Expect loud music, even louder heel clacks and lots of hair flicks!

Students attending must have a decent level of experience. Contact us before booking if unsure.
In these amazing classes you will learn a array of stretches and a variety of techniques to help condition your body and flex your joints, both on and off the pole!
Taught by the wonderful Clare Creed, these fun filled sessions are sure to have your child smiling from ear to ear whilst building strength and keeping fit! For GIRLS AND BOYS aged 7-14. Parental consent forms will need to be completed on registration, along with the normal Par Q and contact forms.
Come along and freestyle or practice what you learnt in a lesson. These classes will help you find your own flow and style independently whilst under the supervision of one of our instructors.
Do you want to feel as strong as a cyclone, as tough as a tornado, fly as high as a hurricane? Then this is the class for you. Off the pole strength and conditioning is an integral part of progression in aerial skills, and this is a fun way to get there.
Clare will combine bodyweight exercises with resistance work to take your abilities in aerial to even greater heights. Focusing on specific foundation pole moves, giving you the mind muscle connection to really nail them. Stronger on the outside is stronger on the inside, so come ride the Cyclone.
